By accessing and using selfpatch.ai and our robotics diagnostic services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our diagnostic platform, open-source tools, and related services.

Service Description

selfpatch.ai provides:

  • Open-source SOVD-compatible diagnostic gateway for ROS 2
  • Web-based entity browser for ROS 2 diagnostics
  • MCP server for LLM integration with diagnostic data
  • Enterprise diagnostic and self-healing platform (commercial)
  • Professional services and technical consultation

Open-Source Software

Our open-source components are licensed under the Apache License 2.0. By using them you agree to:

  • Comply with the terms of the Apache 2.0 license
  • Include proper attribution when redistributing
  • Not use the selfpatch.ai name or trademarks to endorse derived products without permission

Data and Privacy

Regarding your data:

  • You retain ownership of all your robotics telemetry and operational data
  • We process data solely to provide diagnostic services
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Data deletion available upon request after service termination

When using our APIs:

  • Respect rate limits and usage guidelines
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer proprietary components
  • Use APIs only for legitimate diagnostic purposes

Limitation of Liability

Our diagnostic services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any operational decisions made based on our diagnostic output. Users are responsible for validating all diagnostic suggestions before implementing changes on their systems.
